Why Work With Me
I didn't start in a boardroom. I started on the data centre floor in the early 1990s, when systems were fragile and a problem at 3am was mine to fix. Over three decades I've done almost every job in technology, up to Chief Technology Officer, and I was made a Distinguished Engineer at J.P. Morgan Chase along the way.
That matters to you for two reasons. First, nothing gets past me. I've sat on both sides of the table, so no supplier can baffle you with jargon while I'm in the room. Second, I'm independent. I don't sell software or managed services, so the only thing I ever recommend is what is genuinely right for your business.
And I never start with a solution. I start by understanding why a problem exists, because a fix that doesn't address the cause never lasts. From there I break the problem down without mercy and find the part we can move first. Steady, deliberate progress like that is how even the most stuck situations get unstuck.
